Shipping
U.S. shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Shipping for orders under $50 will be confirmed before payment is completed. Orders are packaged carefully for shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Because many Twisted Rustic pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind, up-cycled or pre-owned, please review the product photos and description carefully before purchasing. If an order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order, contact Twisted Rustic promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
Handmade & Pre-Owned Items
Handmade items may have small variations that are part of their handcrafted character. Pre-owned items may show normal signs of prior ownership; condition details are provided when applicable.

Repurposed designer materials are incorporated into new handcrafted items and the finished pieces are not original products manufactured by the referenced designer brands.
